Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions mentioned below.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired. To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with order details, clear images or an unboxing video as proof.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unopened and in resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, tampered with, or damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup wherever serviceable. In locations where reverse pickup is not available, customers may be requested to self-ship the product. Reasonable courier charges will be reimbursed upon submission of the shipping receipt.

After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error from our side such as wrong or damaged product delivery.
